Not happy with your received product or order?
If you have received your product, and you are not happy with it, or it simply is not the right size, please contact us first. We are happy to help and assist you with finding a solution for this. In some cases we simply need to find the right size, or another product or model that will fit much better. We then sent you all information by e-mail, for exchanging the products or returning the order in full or partially. This will include, for most countries, a returning label which you can use to have it sent back to us via a local post office. Our return labels are in most cases much cheaper then if you buy one yourself at the post office.
Preventing returning or exchanging
To make sure you order the right size the first time, we are happy to help you with measurements, advise and extra information about the product sizing. This way we can prevent returning or exchanging to another size for more then 99% of the time. Please contact us by e-mail, Facebook, Instragram, we are happy to help you with it.
After receiving your order
After receiving your order, you have 14 calendar days to view the product, measure it and fit it, unless otherwise noted. Are you not satisfied with the product? You can return almost all products in original state, when there are undamaged, in its original packaging (if possible) and shows no sign of use within the 14 days after receiving it. The returned products has to be also clean and unstained and without any smell.
Its most important to keep your products, as long you have not decided to keep it, in the original packaging and possibly in the parcel/box it was sent with. Also we advise you not to keep to products in spaces where strong scents are present, like cigarette smoke or perfumes.
In case the product got stained or dirty, and you still would like to return it, please contact us first. To prevent cleaning it with the wrong detergents and possibly damaging the product further. As some products has been treated with a special finish/coating, it's important to take special care with it when cleaned. If not properly cleaned, those products are not refundable anymore.
Returning your product(s)
In case you would like to return a product within the 14 calendar days after receiving, usually the costs for sending it back are for your own expense. These costs can be minimized by sending you a special returning label for retuning it via a local postoffice. This is usually much cheaper then buying a return label at the local post office.
In case the product you have received is faulty, we will pay for the returning costs.

If you would like to exchange to another product or size, we will pay for the full shipping costs for sending it back to you.
After we have received your order in original state, that means that it's undamaged, in its original packaging (if possible) and shows no sign of use, and also has to be also clean and unstained and without any smell. In that case you will be refunded the full amount, posibbly reduced with the costs for using our return label. Normally you have received back the amount within 7 business days.
